FMP1 - Evening Storm Near Fort Myers, Florida
After a late afternoon and early evening frenzy of typical ferocious storms in Florida I was accompanied from Fort Myers to the east coast by many more pop-up storms similar to the image shown here. This one was triggered by lightning which can be seen middle to top left hand side of the image. Amazing sunset colours.

PBP1 - Pevensey Bay, East Sussex, UK
A hazy evening in the summer at Pevensey Bay on the south coast. Interesting light caused by high cloud.

LSP1 - Summer Evening at Lakeside on Lake Windermere
This image was taken with my Fuji GX617 panoramic camera at gone 10pm on a June evening. The sun sets later in the northern hemisphere the further north you go during the months from 21 March to 21 September after which the reverse is true.
I have set this up as a limited edition of 150.

LSP2 - Early Summer Morning Light at Lakeside, Lake Windermere, Cumbria
This panoramic image was taken with my Fuji GX617 camera at 4am the morning following the previous sunset image and captures the morning mist over the lake. The apparent dirt mark is actually a group of bushes.

LSP3 - Ealy Morning Mist, Lakeside, Lake Windermere, Cumbria
This image was taken with my D2X at 4am on a summer morning in June from a jetty at Lakeside at the bottom end of Lake Windermere near Newby Bridge.
I have set this up as a limited edition of 150.

CLGP1 - Seascape at Cape Le Grand, West Australia
This was taken with my D2X looking directly towards the sun to capture the sparkling reflections off of the sea. Being around midday the contrast is high and the sea has been transformed into almost a cobalt blue. In fact it was anything but when seen in other than this harsh sunlight.
I have set this up as a limited edition of 150.

LBP1 - Lucky Bay, Cape Le Grand National Park, West Australia
This image was capture mid morning with my D2X camera and unusually for me with more than low light conditions. It works because of the wonderful contrasting colours - the white of the sand the aquamarine of the sea and red/brown of the sandstone rocks. A favourite of mine.
I have set this up as a limited edition of 150.

TCP1 - Twilight Cove, Esperance, West Australia
Just to the west and south of Esperance this stretch of coastline is known for its stunning sunsets. This image taken with my D2X camera was in low light and is made by the last of the sunlight catching the grass in the foreground.
I have set this up as a limited edition of 150.

TCP2 - Sun Setting Along Twilight Cove, Esperance, West Australia
A simple image taken of the setting sun out from a section of the Twilight Coast near Esperance. The image is given interest by the clouds which have transformed what would have been an uninteresting image into one of delicate and simple artistic looks.

FMP2 - Stormy Sunset east of Fort Myers, Florida
Another one of my favourites for two reasons. One the colours are beautiful and two it was following a stunning late afternoon and evening of storms around the Fort Myers area of Florida's west coast. This image a slice of a larger image taken with my D2X camera shows lots of new pop-up storms with the remnants of older ones around.

DBP1 - Sunrise over the Bahamas from Florida's East Coast
I have seen many sunrises over the northern end of the Bahamas and except when they are cloudless they are all different. This one is dramatic in that pop up clouds started not long after the sun was up. This added a brooding foretaste of the days storms which in the August of this year, 2006, came at the rate of at least two a day.

FMP3 - Evening Storms Near Fort Myers, Florida
This image taken with my D2X camera is one that shows lots of small storm clouds forming in the unstable mass of air at the base of a large decaying storm. The setting sun is poised just above the horizon and is shinning through the gap formed by the anvil and the core of the decaying storm cloud side lighting the many new storms popping up.
This is one of a series taken at the same time.
